As a residential customer and multiple business owner, I have many heat pumps that need occasional work. The employees were knowledgeable and did a great job of maintaining a clean work area upon completion. It's hard to beat the performance, efficiency and longevity of Carrier heat pumps. My experience with Evan's began when my heat pump of 7 years cost more to repair than it was worth. I replaced the entire unit after it was explained to me, by Louis, the difference on a 3 level scale of cost and benefits. It was my decision and it has paid off financially. I was so pleased I had my second unit replaced. My electric bill went from an average of $450 to $144. I put my name behind Evan's because they are a knowledgeable and honest company.

I've used Evan's in the past for when my old heat pump would freeze up and always appreciated their quick service and competitive prices. But when it died unexpectedly right before a deep freeze, I panicked. Louis and his professional team were extremely prompt, VERY friendly and courteous. Louis helped me pick the right product for my home with great financing. I could not be happier with my purchase or the entire staff at Evan's!!
